Our story
It started on plant floors and project sites.
ReportDigi started with handwritten reports on plant floors and project sites. Inspectors, site engineers and operators write the readings that matter on paper forms. Later, someone in the office types them into a spreadsheet, or they stay in a file.
Paper turned out to be one format among several. The same data arrives as phone photos, scanned PDFs and email attachments, and it has to end up in Word and Excel templates, accounting software, ERP systems and dashboards. ReportDigi reads those documents, checks what it reads, and delivers the data into the templates and systems a team already uses. Nobody has to change how they fill in a form.
The checking is what makes it fit for compliance records. Every value can be traced back to the page it came from. Readings are compared with the limits you set, missing fields and sign-offs are flagged, and anything ReportDigi is unsure of goes to a person on your team before it is exported.
