Report Digi provides software that converts handwritten and printed reports into structured digital documents using optical character recognition and related AI technologies. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. Fees may change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not warrant that document processing results will be error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Report Digi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
